Ubered is provided by Level Up North Ltd, trading as Ubered.

By using Ubered, you agree to these Terms.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorised to act for your organisation, and permitted to manage connected accounts.

Ubered is for business use only.

Ubered allows you to connect accounts, schedule content, manage posts, and use AI tools.

We do not guarantee results, engagement, or reach.

AI-Assisted Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

Use of AI features is at your own risk.

We apply reasonable limits to ensure system performance, including limits on posting, scheduling, and AI usage.

We may restrict usage that impacts system performance, circumvents limits, or consumes excessive resources.

If AI usage exceeds included limits, we may apply charges or require additional credits.

We are not responsible for platform outages, content removal, or rule changes.

You are responsible for your content, compliance with laws, and account security.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.

We comply with UK GDPR. You act as Data Controller; we act as Data Processor where applicable.

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-payment may result in suspension.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for indirect losses.

Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
